因深圳医学科学院多组学检测分析平台数据存储容量有限，为保障平台正常运行及数据高效流转，现将平台原始下机数据拷贝、留存及清理相关事宜通知如下：

如需拷贝2026年9月1日之前项目原始下机数据，请于2026年9月24日（周四）18:00前联系平台工程师办理数据拷贝事宜。

凡逾期未完成数据拷贝的项目，将默认遵从平台数据留存规则：原始数据仅在平台保留30天，留存期满后系统将自动清理删除，且数据删除后无法恢复。
请各位老师高度重视，及时核对个人项目数据情况，按需完成数据备份拷贝，并请相互转告。

Dear All,
 

Due to limited data storage capacity of the SMART Multi-Omics Mass Spectrometry Core Facility, to guarantee normal platform operation and efficient data flow, we hereby notify you of matters regarding the copying, retention and cleanup of raw instrument-generated data:
 

If you need to copy raw instrument-generated data for projects prior to September 1, 2026, please contact the facility engineer to arrange data copying before 18:00 on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

For projects whose data copying is not completed by the deadline, the platform's data retention policy will apply by default: raw data will only be retained on the platform for 30 days. Upon expiry of the retention period, data will be automatically deleted by the system and cannot be recovered.
 

All research groups are required to check the status of their project data promptly and complete data backup and copying as needed. Please take this notice seriously and spread the word to all relevant personnel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
