深圳医学科学院公共技术中心2026年春节期间服务通知

各位老师、同学：
大家好！
新春将至，为支持大家在春节期间的科研工作，保障各项服务的平稳运行，现将公共技术中心在春节期间期间的服务安排如下：
一、 春节期间服务安排
（一）生物医学实验技术中心、研发与维护中心、生医药数据中心
假期期间如有生物医学实验技术中心、研发与维护中心、生医药数据中心服务需求或假期前有送样服务需求的老师或同学，请于2月6日（星期五）18:00前提前联系各中心/平台技术人员，或在大型科研仪器预约管理系统提交预约申请，各中心/平台将根据预约情况妥善安排假期服务。

（二）动物实验中心
1.开放时间安排
（1）中心办公室：2月15日（周日）至2月23日（周一）放假。
（2）屏障设施实验室：正常运行。
常规开放时间：每日8:00-20:00；如需在夜间（20:00-次日8:00）进入设施，须先到中控值班室进行预约登记。
2.服务内容说明
（1）动物订购与接收：假期期间暂停动物采购、接收。请各课题组于2月11日（周三）上午9:00前完成所有动物订购事宜。2月24日起恢复动物订购与接收。
（2）动物检疫：2月5日(含)前到货的动物，可在年前出检疫；晚于该时间到货的，则需在年后检疫转出
（3）常规饲养服务：由值班饲养人员保障，包括饲养观察、垫料更换等，确保动物福利。
（4）物品消毒服务：2月14日（周六）、2月18日（周三）、2月22日（周日）及2月23日（周一）上午统一进行物品高压，请于前一日或当日9:00前将需灭菌物品放置到洗消间，灭菌后的物资将于当日14:00前送至指定位置。
（5）实验操作：可正常进行，但需提前在系统内预约实验房间及仪器设备。
（6）紧急情况处理：中心安排工作人员每日巡检。如遇动物房内环境设施异常（如温湿度失控、停电、漏水等）紧急情况，请立即联系值班人员。
二、 春节期间值班安排

三、 重要提醒
1.提前规划实验：请各位老师同学妥善安排实验计划，尽量避免在假期内进行长时间或高风险的实验操作。
2.落实安全责任：假期期间，最后离开实验室人员请检查电源、气体阀门、门窗及动物笼具，确保处于锁闭状态；假期出行注意交通与人身安全。

Notice on SMART Core Facility Services during 2026 Chinese New Year Holiday

Dear SMARTers,

With the Chinese New Year approaching and according to SMART's holiday arrangement, The 2026 Chinese New Year holiday will run from February 15 to February 23. We will have working days on February 14 (Saturday) and February 28 (Saturday) as make-up days. To continue supporting your research during the holiday and to ensure smooth operation of services, the service schedule of SMART Core Facility during 2026 Chinese New Year Holiday is as follows:

I.Holiday service arrangements

1. Holiday service arrangements for the Bio-Tech Center,  Equipment R&D Center and Biomedical Data Center:

If you require services from the Bio-Tech Center,  Equipment R&D Center and Biomedical Data Center during the holiday, or need sample submission services (Full-services) before the holiday, please contact the technical staff of the respective center/platform in advance or submit a reservation request through Equipment Booking System by 18:00 on Friday, February 6. Each center/platform will make appropriate holiday service arrangements based on the reservations received.

2.Holiday service arrangements for Animal Experimentation Center:

(1) Operating Hours

Center Office: Closed from February 15 (Sunday) to February 23 (Monday), 2026.

Barrier Facility Laboratories: Operate as usual.

Regular operating hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.

For access during nighttime (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM the following day), prior registration is required at the Central Control Room.

(2) Service Details

Animal Ordering and Receiving: Services for animal ordering and receiving will be suspended during the holiday and resumed on February 24. All animal orders must be finalized before 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 11. .

Animal Quarantine: The quarantine of animals arriving on or before February 5 will be completed before the holiday; those arriving after this date will be processed after the holiday.

Routine Feeding Services: The services, including animal monitoring and bedding changes, will be maintained by assigned personnel to ensure animal welfare.

Sterilization Services: Centralized autoclaving will be conducted on February 14 (Saturday), February 18 (Wednesday), February 22 (Sunday), and February 23 (Monday). Items requiring sterilization must be placed in the cleaning and disinfection room before 9:00 AM on the previous day or the same day. Sterilized materials will be delivered to designated locations before 2:00 PM on the service day.

Experimental Procedures: They are proceed as usual. The reservation of laboratory rooms and equipment through the online system is required.

Emergency Handling: Daily inspections will be conducted by assigned staff. For emergencies of facility abnormalities (e.g., temperature/humidity out of control, power outages, water leakage), please contact the on-duty personnel immediately.

II. Duty schedule

Please refer to the attachment for detailed Chinese New Year Holiday duty schedules for each center.

III. Reminders

Please plan experiments in advance and avoid long-duration or high-risk procedures during the holiday where possible.

Before leaving the lab, ensure power is turned off, gas valves are closed, and doors, windows and animal cages are secured.If you come to the lab during the holiday, please stay safe in traffic and personally.
