样本检测注意事项
一、推荐样本浓度：1×10^6 cells/mL。
1. Recommended sample concentration: 1×10^6 cells/mL.
二、上样前请用300目筛网过滤。
2. Please filter with a 300-mesh sieve before loading.
三、小颗粒检测：请根据检测对象的粒径自备对照微球。
3. Small particle detection：Please prepare your own control microspheres according to the particle size of the test object.

设备使用相关说明
一、标准收费价格
1）自主上机：200元/小时；
2）辅助上机：680元/小时（工作时间）；1160元/小时（非工作时间）。
3）最小收费时长为0.25小时。

1）Self-help: 200 yuan/hour;
2）Auxiliary on-boarding: 680 yuan/hour (working hours);1160 yuan/hour (non-working hours).
3）Minimum chargeable hours are 0.25 hours.
二、运行规则
1）预约仪器：最早可提前7天进行。
2）取消预约：至少需要提前2小时。
3）最小计费：最小计费时长0.25小时，不足0.25小时按0.25小时计算。
4）计费时长：总计费时长取“预约时间”和“实际使用时间”中的最早时刻作为开始时间，最晚时刻作为结束时间。（如若提前完成实验下机超过15分钟可释放机时）。【示例：预约9:00-10:00，使用9:30~10:20。总计费时长9:00~10:20共1.5小时，实际收费时长则为1.5小时。】
5）释放机时：至少需0.25小时及以上，且只能释放0.25小时的整数倍，不足0.25小时无法释放（释放机时操作：下机—手机佰能预约助手—服务—预约记录—对应记录点“释放”）【示例：预约9:00~10:00，9:46时下机则无法释放剩余的14min，9:26时下机后可释放0.5小时机时】【提醒：请提前进入释放界面或预留进入释放界面的时间，以免释放操作导致的延迟下机无法释放】。
2. Rules in Operation
1) Instrument Reservation: Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
2) Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
3) Minimum Billing: The minimum billing period is 0.25 hour; any usage less than 0.25 hour will be rounded up to 0.25 hour.
4) Billing Duration: The total billed duration is calculated by taking the earliest time between the "reserved time" and the "actual usage time" as the start time, and the latest time as the end time. (If you finish the experiment and release the instrument more than 15 minutes early, the unused time can be released.)
*Example: Reservation 9:00–10:00, actual usage 9:30–10:20. Total billed duration is from 9:00 to 10:20 = 1.5 hours, so the actual charged duration is 1.5 hours.*
5) Releasing Unused Time: At least 0.25 hour of unused time is required, and only integer multiples of 0.25 hour can be released; any remaining time less than 0.25 hour cannot be released. (How to release: after finishing, go to the mobile app "Baineng Reservation Assistant" → Services → Reservation Records → click "Release" on the corresponding record.)
Example: Reservation 9:00–10:00. If you finish at 9:46, the remaining 14 minutes cannot be released. If you finish at 9:26, you can release 0.5 hour of unused time.
Reminder: Please enter the release interface in advance or allow enough time to access it, to avoid being unable to release unused time due to delays caused by the release operation.
