一、光学参数
1）4激光（405/488/561/638nm)，56个荧光检测器，5个散射光检测器；
2）全光谱解析，荧光检测范围：410nm-860nm。

2)Full spectrum profiling, covering 410nm-860nm.

1）成像通道（488nm）：Light Loss、FSC、SSC、Image FL1 BP/534/46、Image FL2 BP/600/60、Image FL3 BP/788/225；
2）图像数据：偏心率、径向力矩、大小、相关度、质心、扩散度、总强度、最大强度、最长/最短力矩。

1)Imaging channels (488nm): Light Loss, FSC, SSC, Image FL1 BP/534/46, Image FL2 BP/600/60 , Image FL3 BP/788/225;
2)Imaging features：Eccentricity, Radial moment, Size, Correlation, Delta center of mass, Diffusivity, Total intensity, Max intensity, Moment (long/short).
三、分选参数
1）喷嘴：85/100/130µm
85µm：1-6路分选；
100µm：1-4路分选；
130µm：1-2路分选。
2）收集方式
管式：1.5/2 mL离心管，5mL流式管；
板式：6-384孔板，载玻片。
3）分选速度≥15000 events/s。

一、推荐样本浓度为1x10^7 cells/mL。
1. Recommended sample concentration: 1×10^6 cells/mL.
二、上样前请用300目筛网过滤。

一、标准收费价格：960元/小时；最小收费时长为0.5小时。
1. The standard rate: 960 yuan/hour ; the minimum chargeable hours are 0.5 hours..
二、预约上机时间
新用户：请通过邮件或电话进行有限次数的预约，无法在预约网站自行预约机时。
初级用户：工作日 9:00-17:30。
中级用户：工作日 9:00-21:00，周末及法定节假日9:00-17:00。
高级用户：7天24小时。
2. Reservation Time
New users: Please make a limited number of reservations by email or phone. It is not possible to make your own reservations at the website.
Junior users: Weekdays 9:00-17:30.
Intermediate users: Weekdays 9:00-21:00, weekends and legal holidays 9:00-17:00.
